note that standard delivery is 2-7 working days from
the day that the order is processed. Orders are processed
on working days of Monday-Friday and must be received
by 2pm. For example, if ordering on a Saturday or Sunday then the order will not be processed
until Monday and so the delivery would be on the Tuesday.

Delivery
Standard delivery to mainland UK will normally be within 2-7 days of receipt of order and cleared payment. If the item is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take up to 28 days, you will be advised by email. All delivery costs are non-refundable. All deliveries are made by courier and require a signed confirmation of receipt.
Our carrier will attempt to deliver
twice to your stated address. If for any reason it
is impossible for them to deliver on 2 occasions then
the customer is liable to pay the re-charge fee for
the 3rd attempt (In these circumstance the charge is £12.00)
Returns
Any unwanted products that have
been requested for return by our customers are subject
to a returns charge of £10.00, this charge is
solely a handling and administration fee to cover our
costs and is in no way a profitable transaction.
Backorders
Carriage is free on all backorders (UK mainland only). Any goods we are unable to supply will automatically go on backorder if the new stocks are available within 4 weeks. |
